Refund and Returns Policy


My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

My scarves, ties and original art are one-offs so I do not provide exchanges. The only exception are prints.

Any irregularities of weave or texture are part of the character of the silk fabrics and should not be viewed as faults. I have tried to accurately portray the colours of my products but please be aware that they may vary on different computer screens. It is impossible to capture the true beauty of silk in a photograph!


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card on PayPal, within a certain amount of days.


To return your item, you should first contact me, then I will provide the address for mailing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items such as prints, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
