Hand Dyed Scarf – Autumn Garden

‘Autumn Garden’ scarf was created on luxurious crepe satin silk using shibori techniques. It was individually dyed twice to build up a pattern. Crepe satin has a dense smooth weave and is shiny on one side so the colours really sing out. The steaming process sets the dyes and the scarf can be washed in warm water by hand.

For mailing I have chosen packaging that is 100% recyclable, wrapping your scarf in tissue paper and placing it inside a C5 size postal mailer. A card with care instructions is enclosed and the circular sticker used to secure the tissue reads ‘ Handmade with love by Scenic Silks’. Postage is free!
